Delivery Process

How does delivery process work?


  1. After you buy an item, the seller is notified about it
  2. Seller has 5 working days to ship the item
  3. The buyer will be notified when the item is shipped based on tracking information or when the seller clicks the “I have shipped” button
  4. If you chose a tracked shipping method, you’ll be able to track it via conversation with the seller

Good to know:


  • If the seller doesn’t login for 3 days after your purchase, we’ll cancel the transaction
  • If the item isn’t shipped in time or there are no tracking updates for 4 days from the seller clicking “I have shipped” button , we’ll cancel the transaction.
  • It might take up to 48 hours for tracking information to appear on Aniq if you’ve chosen tracked shipping option.

  • How to add/change my shipping address?



    There are two ways to edit or add an address:


    • You will be asked to insert your address when you will buy your first item.
    • After that, you will still have the possibility to edit your address.

    Here is how:


    1. Go to your profile and then “My settings”
    2. Choose “Buying Options” and then “Shipping” tab
    3. Change/edit your address and don’t forget to save changes.
