How can I track my parcel?


You can track the parcel if the item was shipped using a tracked shipping service


Here is how to track the item:


1. You'll see the “Track parcel" button in your message thread




2. When you tap this button, you’ll have two options:


  • See where your package is, and its expected delivery date
  • Copy the barcode and enter it on the provider’s website to follow its journey
  • Confirm when you have received the item

Good to know


  • Keep in mind that it takes up to 48h for tracking to be updated on Aniq.
  • If your transaction updates to "Delivered" and you haven't received the item or you have it but it doesn't match the description in the listing, you can hit the "I have issues" button that pops up in your message thread with the seller
  • Delivery time

  • Delivery time of an item depends on the shipping service the buyer chooses and the seller’s handling time. Buyers can see their order’s estimated delivery date at checkout. Also, they’ll be notified once their seller ships their item.

  • Seller’s handling time

  • Sellers have up to 5 working days to ship the item, depending on the shipping method their buyer has chosen.

  • Shipping time

  • Shipping time varies according to the destination of the parcel, as well as the shipping provider: typically, it takes 2-3 working days, but it can be longer at times.
  • Saturdays, Sundays, and major national holidays are usually not included in transit time estimates.

  • Parcel tracking


  • Both buyers and sellers can track their parcel in the message thread. There they can see where the parcel is and its expected delivery time.
  • Important note:An order will be automatically marked as Delivered after 21 working days. If you’re a buyer and your item hasn’t arrived, please make sure to press the I have an issue button.
