Selling an item is easy and it’s free! Here’s how it’s done:

List an item

• Upload a few great photos of the item, write a detailed description, set your item's price, choose a shipping size.
• Listing is free.
• Listing more than one item helps you sell faster.

Build your profile.

• Set up your profile and verify your account.
• Choose shipping and Aniq options in your settings. You can set a discount for your closet as well.
• Adding a profile description and picture helps you build trust.

Wait for buyers.

• Be ready to answer all questions from buyers.
• Use the Make Offer button if you want to offer a better price.
• You’ll be notified about all the purchase steps that buyer has made.

It’s sold! Time to ship

• Pack your item. A personal touch is always nice.
• Ship the item with the method that the buyer has paid for. 
• Follow the instructions for shipping, but be sure you ship the item within the 5 days from the purchase. 
• Shipping right away keeps your order from being automatically cancelled & refunded.
• If the buyer has chosen a tracked shipping method, you both can track the journey of the item on the Aniq app.

Delivered! Leave feedback and get your payout!

• As soon as the buyer presses Everything is OK, your payment will automatically become available in your wallet balance.
• Payouts may take up to 4 business days to appear in your bank account, depending on your bank/transfer method. 
• This is the perfect time to leave feedback for your buyer and tell other members what you think!

Listing an item : What package size should I select for my item?

Aniq offers 3 package sizes for your item if the item is shippable. You have to indicate the package size while uploading the item.

• Be sure to choose the right package size as the buyer will pay for it.
• A wrong choice might result in a returned package, extra shipping costs, a pickup fee, or even negative feedback from your buyer.
• You won't be able to set a package size for the items, that are non-shippable: strollers, ride-on toys, car seats & chairs, children's furn
