Payment Failed

If your payment didn't go through, try this first:


  1. Try to 'Buy' the item an hour later — temporary glitches or site maintenance can sometimes hang things up. Or try using the Aniq web instead.
  2. Contact your bank (card issuer) and check:
    • Is your balance sufficient?
    • Are there any holds/additional security restrictions on the account?
    • Have any limits been reached (purchases per day, expenses per day)?
    • Are online purchases supported?
    • Do the name and billing address the bank has on file match the info stored in your Aniq wallet?

If your credit card purchase failed:


  1. Double check that the card information you’re entering is correct (Card number; First, Middle & Last name; Card expiry date, CVC/CVV number, Billing information)
  2. You may be trying to use an unsupported card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express.

If your Android Pay (Google Wallet) purchase failed:

  1. Visit your Android Play account profile (or contact their support) to make sure:
    • Your AP account is fully verified
    • There are sufficient funds in your AP balance
    • That there are no holds/restrictions on the account
