Buying tips

• If you see a member's profile with a lot of positive feedback it means you’ll most likely have a great experience buying from that member.
• Ask all the questions you have about the item so you feel comfortable with your purchase. It saves you time because you gather all the info before the package appears on your doorstep. You can ask for extra photos too!
• Make sure you have saved the correct delivery address on Aniq before buying as this address will appear on the 'Delivery Instructions' for your seller.
• On your seller's profile, you can see their average response time and the time they were last seen. These will give you an estimate of how fast the seller will reply to you and whether they’re likely to send the item out quickly.
• If you pay with a prepaid card and there's an issue with your order, we won’t be able to make a refund to this kind of card. We suggest using a valid debit/credit card or PayPal.
• We do not recommend paying or sending items outside the Aniq system. To pay through Aniq, simply use the Buy button - this will keep you covered by our buyer protection, which includes refunds. Please be aware that we do not issue refunds for Aniqs made outside of Aniq

The amount of the fee will be clearly visible at the checkout so there will be no surprises.
