Delete Account

How to delete my account?

We're sad to hear you are leaving! If there's anything we can help you with, please get in touch with us via the Contact us button below.

However, if you have made up your mind, here's what you need to do to delete your account:

1. Click on your profile picture in the top right corner of the screen
2. Select My settings
3. Scroll to the very bottom, click Delete account and complete the deletion process

Want to delete an old account that you have lost access to?

Good to know:

• You'll only be able to delete your account once all sales are completed.
• After you delete your profile, all information related to it (e.g. feedback and items) will be permanently deleted.
