Can't Download Shipping Label

If you're having trouble downloading your shipping label:


  • Give it another try an hour later. Sometimes technical glitches occur.
  • Try downloading it via the website instead of the app.

If you’ve pressed the “Get label” button in your message thread but can’t find the label in your email inbox:

  • Check your spam folder too, in case it landed there by mistake. Look for an email from no-reply@Aniq.com
  • If you found the label in your spam folder - it’s a good idea to add no-reply@Aniq.com to your email’s safe senders list.

Good to know:


  • It's important to use the shipping label that Aniq provides, because shipping is paid for by the buyer (when they hit “Buy”)
  • Aniq labels come with tracking that will show updates in real time on the app.
  • Once you hit “Get shipping label”, it may take up to 15 minutes for the label to appear in your email.
