Hidden or Deleted Listing

Why was my item's listing hidden or deleted?

On Aniq, we take content quality seriously. Listings that don’t follow the Catalogue rules will be hidden or removed.

Listing will be hidden if:

• It’s missing authenticity proof
• Multiple brands mentioned in a single listing
• Misleading price, condition, size or hashtags are identified
• The description promotes another marketplace
• It’s listed in wrong catalog category
• The quality of the photo is poor
• It’s listed for the purpose of reselling (commercial selling)

Item is replica or fake

• The photos are from other websites, including stock photos
• Item isn’t allowed to sell on Aniq
• It's used cosmetics
• It’s listed for the purpose of bidding or searching for the item

Good to know:

• We'll notify you with the reason why your listing was hidden or deleted.
• If your item is hidden, you can update your listing and unhide it.
• Repeated violations of Catalogue rules lead to account being blocked.
• Repeated offenders of our policy will be permanently blocked.
