Can I return the item?

If the item you’ve received is damaged, not as described, not the one you ordered, or if an item is missing from the bundle you bought:

• You’ll need to click on the "I have an issue" button within 2 days of delivery to let our Support Team know what's wrong.
• The item has to be in the exact same condition as received - you can't wash or use it.
• We’ll issue a refund for the full price of it. Please note that buyers have 2 days from item delivery to request for a return. If you missed the 2-day deadline, you can no longer return the item. For more details, please see our Returning an item.

If the item you bought is simply not your style or doesn’t fit you:

• Aniq can't accept the return.
• An item can be returned to its seller only if you both agreed on that before the item was purchased.
• You can also upload the item to your own catalog.
