Seller Receiving the funds

After a buyer makes their purchase using a credit card, PayPal,or other methods, this appears in the seller’s wallet balance Pending. This means that the funds are kept safe on Aniq until the buyer receives their order and confirms that they’re happy with it.

This will be released to the seller’s wallet balance 2 working days after the order’s status updates to Delivered, or when the buyer hits the Everything’s OK button.

Buyer confirmed that everything’s OK, but this is still pending?

When your buyer confirms that everything is OK with the item after delivery, but this is still pending means that your Aniq balance is not activated yet. Find out how to activate your Aniq Balance.

Suspended orders

If an order is suspended, it means that:

• The buyer received an order that doesn’t match its description; or
• The order never arrived/was damaged in transit due to improper packaging

In the cases above, funds are released to the seller only if the issues are resolved (for example, the order finally arrives at the buyer’s place) or if it appears that the buyer made a mistake and that the item does matches its description.

• Sellers can withdraw their funds from their Aniq Balance to their bank account only. Please note that money transfer from Aniq Balance to a Paypal account is not possible.
