We may offer newsletters and/or other communications to share information with you about Procmyloan Inc, our products, and services, or our Affiliates, helpful guides, and information relating to mortgages, real estate, and other topics or offers in which we believe you may be interested. We may also provide you with information about us and our related entities, advertisers, sponsors, or other business partners through these newsletters and communications. If you inquire regarding an office or loan originator, or if you request information relating to a specific product/service offered by our independent loan originator or office, that independent loan originator or office may contact you regarding that or related products/services. In addition, if you indicate an interest regarding a specific product or service, you may automatically be placed on a list to receive email updates regarding that product, service, or franchise (which may be sent by the independent office or loan originator).

With your consent, we may also provide you with SMS updates regarding our Sites, our Affiliates, or our products and services. Sharing Information with Non-Affiliates

Procmyloan Inc, may share personal information about you to non-affiliated financial service providers to assist our company in running day-to-day business activities and operations. Mobile Numbers

We can begin sharing your information 30 days from the date we sent this notice unless you authorized us to begin sharing immediately. When you are no longer our customer, we may continue to share your information as described in this notice. You can contact us at any time to limit our sharing.

If you limit your sharing for an account, you jointly hold with someone else, your choices will apply to everyone on the account.

Federal law gives you the right to limit only the following:

Sharing for affiliates’ everyday business purposes – information about your creditworthiness.
